My goal is to allow employees, entrepreneurs and business leaders to consciously discover what really touches them, in order to get them moving and keep them moving. I prefer to do this in the calm and space of nature.
Professional and personal development
As a facilitator and coach I had the chance to guide over 400 professionals from different continents and cultures, especially in the field of professional and personal development. I noticed that it’s very important for the success of an organization to guide the right employees in their development and to recognize their talents. Happiness at work and having a clear purpose seem more important than ever before.
And exactly this is what I want to bring out in you as a human being. From training and coaching in the area of personal leadership and career guidance to tailor-made program development for teams and organizations. I also offer multiple-days nature trails to people in their twenties and thirties who want to be of more significance in their life and work. The common aspect is that we get out and about during our sessions. Into nature. Step by step to more insights and meaning.
One with nature
In the first place, we are all human. With desires, resistances and vulnerabilities. As human beings, we are part of nature. Thus, I believe it is of value to be in nature and to be inspired by the seasons. Constantly moving. Because, like nature, life never stands still. For example, a river is constantly winding, but still flows unchangeable towards its goal. Without being able to see around the bend. The trick is to live in the here and now and trust where you will end up by making the right choices. Which of course doesn't mean you shouldn't have a mission or higher goal in life. However, the concrete form of this changes continuously and that is okay.
